Public disclosure stays minimal; detailed DPA and infrastructure maps are shared under contract on request.
Client data is processed and stored in Europe. Routine transfers outside the EU do not occur. Data is deleted at the end of the mission, except where the law requires otherwise.
TrustBlocks produces proofs by deterministic computation, not generative AI. Client data is never used to train or fine-tune any model. Any AI-assisted interface feature is clearly labelled.
Every report, finding, proof piece and analysed fact stays the client's. It is not made public without prior written consent.
Reports, findings, proof and analysed information are confidential and are not made public. Any publication, reference to the client, use of the client's name or distribution of a result requires the client's prior written authorisation, except where required by applicable law or by a competent authority.
If a diagnostic reveals a significant gap — an unexpected upgrade power, excessive rights concentration or other control weakness — TrustBlocks reports it to the client for decision and remediation. We do not publish it on our own initiative. Commercial references are handled under a separate, specific written agreement.
